Principal's Message

Welcome New Oxford Elementary Families!

My name is Mr. Christopher Cobb and I am honored to serve as the principal of New Oxford Elementary School. I am very humbled to be a part of an exceptional school community and school district!

My background in education includes a total of 24 years in public education, including 7 years of teaching experience, 2 years as an assistant principal, 10 years as principal of North Salem Elementary School, and 5 years as principal of New Oxford Elementary School. I received my bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and my master’s degree from McDaniel College.

I have always been impressed with how charming the New Oxford area is and I am blessed to serve as your principal.
