New Oxford Elementary School is part of the Conewago Valley School District that encompasses 70 square miles in Adams County, Pennsylvania.  It straddles U.S. Route 30 and PA Route 94 and lies between York and Gettysburg.  Much of the trade and industry in the district is marked by small business.  Many, in the form of restaurants, gift shops, and antique shops, capitalize on the tourist travel along U.S. Route 30. NOE dates back to 1953 and has undergone several renovations over the years.

NOE has 600 students and approximately 100 faculty and staff members. NOE is K-3 elementary school.
